The Mirror Between Us — Share your feedback and reflection

Some things about ourselves are only visible in the reflection we leave in others — and so I'm turning to you.

I'm working on becoming more self-aware: the way I show up, the way I speak, the way I lead, decide, and land in the lives of the people around me — personally and professionally.

Since our paths have crossed in some way, your honest perspective would mean a great deal. This form is anonymous, so please feel free to be as open as you'd like.

I'm not here for praise or for criticism. I'm here for the truth of it — my strengths, my blind spots, my patterns, the things I do well, and the things I don't yet see.

It should take around 10–15 minutes if you move through it thoughtfully. I know honest feedback asks for time, reflection, and a little courage, and I don't take that lightly.
